What We Believe:

What We Believe:

The Scriptures: We believe the Holy Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to man. We believe it was written by men divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit, and is the supreme standard for belief and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16)

God: We believe in the one triune creator God – The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is infinite, eternal, and unchangeable; He is, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness and truth. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 2 For 13:1)

Salvation: We believe that God created man. In His perfect plan He gave man free will. Man has chosen to disobey God and the consequence is separation from God. God sent His Son Jesus into the world to live a sinless life, and die on the cross in our place. Jesus was buried, and rose again on the third day, proving He really is the Son of God. If we accept Jesus as our personal Savior, we can have eternal life with God in heaven.(Romans 3:23, 1 Cor 15:3-4, Acts 20:21)

Eternal Security: We believe that the redeemed are kept secure in Christ by His grace and power. (John 6:37-40)

The Church: We believe the Church is an autonomous group of baptized believers, seeking to carry out the great commission to the ends of the earth. (Acts 14:27, 20:17, 28-32, Matthew 28:19-20).

Baptism: We believe that Baptism by immersion is a picture of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and publicly declares what He has done for us in Salvation. (Acts 2:41-42)

Communion: We believe communion is an ordinance given to the church by Jesus to remember Him until His second coming. (Acts 2:41-42, 1 Cor 11:17-33)
